Meet Penelope, a 12 pound terrier mix who is one-year-old who found herself in a high-kill LA based shelter. Our friends over at Love Leo rescued her from that situation and named her in honor of our loved chiweenie, Penny (Penelope) who we lost unexpectedly a few weeks ago.
Happy Spritz sponsored her for our November dog and that will cover her pull fees, initial vet exam and shots.
We are happy to report that Penelope has already been adopted by a loving family... Bring on all those feels!
